In JK Rowling’s Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone, Quirrell a professor at Hogwarts disguises himself as a harmless individual while working for Voldemort. In the Mysterious Affairs at Styles by Agatha Christie, Emily Inglethorp is killed by her deceptive friend Evelyn Howard. The Cask of Amontillado, by Edgar Allen Poe, the narrator Montresor is seeking revenge and fakes the role of a loyal servant.
